About our Founder
Samuel D. Moncada G. is a Attorney (2002), Licenciado en Derecho (2011), and Foreign Legal Consultant (2021). He holds a JD from UCAT (2002), an MBA from IESA (2007), and an LLM from IE Law School (2010)
He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Inpreabogado, and Colegio de Abogados del Estado Tachira.
Expert in International Trade and Corporate Law, with broad experience in private clients, finance, and oil & gas, representing firms in cross-border deals, M&A, and joint ventures.
Experience in trade regulation, emphasizing controls and economic sanctions; handle matters regarding sanctions programs administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
In addition, I have been representing clients and advising on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), White-Collar Crimes, and other trade and investment-related regulations.
